Dr. Pogarcic is excited to be back in Virginia after completing his transitional year and radiology residency in the greater Detroit metropolitan area. He did the majority of his training at McLaren’s Oakland and Macomb hospitals, part of the Michigan State University statewide campus system, as well as several months at Detroit Medical Center. He is passionate about multiple subspecialties in radiology, but is particularly interested in magnetic resonance imaging. He earned his medical degree at Liberty University in 2020, during which time he met his lovely wife, a Virginia native.

Dr. Pogarcic completed his undergraduate degree at UNC Chapel Hill and remains a lifelong Tar Heel. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid outdoorsman and likes to go camping, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, and boating.
