Dr. William C Hope IV graduated from the Medical College of Virginia. He completed his internship at Carilion Health System, Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and his Radiology Residency at Medical College of Virginia in 2003. Afterwards, he worked for Radiology Associates in Richmond, Virginia.

In 2005, Dr. Hope moved to North Carolina and joined Eastern Radiologists where he was Chief of Radiology at Vidant Chowan Hospital, Vidant Bertie Hospital, and Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital. Dr Hope was an Affiliate Associate Professor of Radiology at Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. He was Chief of Staff at Vidant Chowan Hospital, and Co-President of Vidant Chowan Hospital.

Dr. Hope joined Peninsula Radiology In 2021, where he practices General Radiology. He lives in the Northern Neck and Williamsburg with his wife and four daughters. He enjoys sailing, boating and skiing.
