Dr. James D. Baylous is a graduate of Marshall University where he earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Microbiology. He received his medical degree from the Marshall University School of Medicine. He completed a two year Residency in General Surgery at the Mount Carmel Medical Center in Ohio, and another four year Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the St. Francis Medical Center in Pittsburgh, where he served as Chief Resident. In addition, Dr. Baylous completed a Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital.

Dr. Baylous is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology, and is also certified in advanced cardiac life support and basic life support. He has given presentations at research competitions and other conferences.
